Athlete Care Program

SISTEM provides low-cost massage clinics for competitive athletes and weekend warriors. Our student therapists are educated in human anatomy and trained in a range of techniques. Massage sessions will incorporate various techniques to meet the goals of your maintenance massage, pre-event tune up, or post-event recovery. Modalities used include:

Sports Massage
Swedish Massage
Shiatsu
Myofacial Release
Trigger Point

Clinics are held on Sundays at the P.H. Ling Clinic at the Swedish Institute.

August 24
September 28
October 26

Cost is $65 for a one-hour session. Appointments are required.
Availability: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
