Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel registration for a class, contact the Continuing Education Office by phone at 212.924.5900 ext. 143 or email us at ce@swedishinstitute.edu.

Please state the course title and date of the course you wish to cancel.

Those who notify us of cancellation on or before the 14th business day prior to the start of the class will receive a refund for the cost of the course, less a $15 processing fee per class. No refunds or credits will be issued after this time.

If a class is cancelled because minimum enrollment has not been met, all pre-registered students will be notified by telephone or e-mail at least five days before the start date and a full refund will be issued.

In case of cancellation due to school closure, severe weather conditions, instructor illness or other unforeseen emergencies, all pre-registered students will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds will be issued.
