Shiatsu Classes

Students perform Shiatsu on mats on the floor. The Eastern approach, which adds the concept of energy flow to the body, expands definitions of health and adds treatment options. In addition to Shiatsu, students have introductory classes in Tuina (therapeutic Chinese massage) and may take introductory classes in Sotai and Thai massage.
